Position Summary
We are seeking entry-level, customer-focused individuals to join our retail sales team as Retail Sales Associates. This full-time, in-person position involves assisting customers, explaining product and service options, and completing sales transactions. Paid training is provided, and prior retail or sales experience is not required.
Essential Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their product or service needs
Provide accurate information about products, services, and available accessories
Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Work toward individual and store performance goals
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product features
Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Deliver professional customer service through clear communication and follow-up
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn new products, systems, and procedures
Basic computer proficiency, including POS systems
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
